The Idea
Asia is considered as the future market for European companies. If talking about economic relations with Asia, many Europeans, not only politicians, think almost entirely about China only. Sure, China with 1.3 billion inhabitants and economic opening just few years ago a huge potential. Other Asian countries, such as Indonesia with an average yearly GDP growth rate of 4.5% are overlooked easily.
 

Realization
DIV e.V. and
EAF e.V. together with its cooperation partners have set as a goal to inform about Indonesia with wide distributed information campaign. Especially Indonesia has, continually expanding infrastructure for middle sized companies (called "Mittelstand" in Germany) which was expanded heavily last few years - similar to Western and Central European standards.

In a country with 240 million inhabitants and size of total Europe, it is a necessity for companies, not only for global Players like Siemens or IBM, to settle down locally. Especially middle sized companies in Germany and later in other European countries, a possibility need to be developed and shown how to settle down in this economic power of the future.
With designated actions like presentation of Indonesia as special trade show highlights at trade shows, seminars and roundtables, knowledge about Indonesian economy, its company structures, Indonesian culture will be made accessible to interested economic leaders and entrepreneurs more easily.

Representatives of the European economic associations
economic and industrial associations in many European countries
representatives of craftsmanship associations
many regional, national, international and multinational active trade shows, economic roundtables and similar events
politics-, economic- and trade covering publishing media
With this campaign, already started, economic exchange between Europe and Asia will be improved heavily. If contracts of all parties concerned will have been signed, and activities related confirmed, we will inform you here immediately.
